Ongcuci Terms & Conditions – Platform Terms of Use Malaysia

This document contains the complete terms and conditions governing the use of the platform ongcuci on the ongcuci.best website. These terms form a binding agreement between you as the user and ongcuci as the platform operator. By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ongcuci platform — including but not limited to Sports Betting, online casino games, slots, poker, and Live Casino — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms contained herein as well as any other policies referenced in this document.

Ongcuci is committed to operating in a transparent and responsible manner. • "Member" / "User" / "You" – refers to any individual who has registered an account with ongcuci or who accesses the ongcuci platform in any capacity.
• "Account" – refers to the personal account registered by a Member on the ongcuci platform.
• "Account Balance" – refers to the total funds in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) available in the Member Account for betting and gaming use.
• "Bet" – refers to any wager placed by a Member on any sports market or casino game on ongcuci.
• "Bonus" – refers to any credits, free money, free spins, or other incentives granted by ongcuci to Members under specific promotional terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" – refers to the minimum wagering amount a Member must complete before any bonus can be converted into withdrawable cash.
• "Malaysian Ringgit" / "MYR" – is the official currency of Malaysia and the only currency accepted for all transactions on the ongcuci platform.

To be eligible to register and use the ongcuci platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. The ongcuci platform is strictly prohibited for individuals under the age of 18.
• You are registering for your own personal account and not on behalf of any third party.
• You register and use the platform voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes.
• Your use of the ongcuci platform does not violate any laws or regulations applicable in the jurisdiction where you are located at the time of use.
• You have not previously been banned, suspended, or had your account terminated by ongcuci for violating the terms and conditions.
• You are not acting in the capacity of an agent, representative, or employee of any ongcuci competitor.

All information you provide during the ongcuci account registration process must be accurate, complete, and up to date. You are responsible for ensuring your account information remains current and accurately reflects your circumstances at all times.

• Each user is only permitted to hold one ongcuci account. Holding multiple accounts — under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or banking details — is a serious breach of our terms.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ongcuci account password and login details. Do not share this information with any party.
• All activity conducted through your ongcuci account — including bets, deposits, and withdrawals — is entirely your responsibility, whether or not you personally carried out the action.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, please contact the ongcuci support team at support@ongcuci.best immediately.
• Ongcuci reserves the right to reject any individual's registration application without providing a reason.

All financial transactions on the ongcuci platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). ongcuci does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.

Deposit

• Minimum deposit is RM 10 per transaction.
• Deposit methods accepted by ongcuci include: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and FPX online banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks).
• Successfully processed deposits will be credited to your Account Balance immediately or within a very short time, depending on the payment method used.
• Ongcuci does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may impose their own charges — please check with your provider.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal is RM 30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for your deposit into your ongcuci account, for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.
• Ongcuci aims to process all withdrawal requests within 5 to 10 minutes from the time the request is received.
• Ongcuci reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals.
• Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent means or in breach of ongcuci's terms will be declined and reported to the relevant authorities.

Use of the Sports Betting and casino gaming sections of the ongcuci platform is subject to the following additional terms:

• All bets accepted and confirmed by the ongcuci system are final and cannot be cancelled, except under circumstances specifically stated in ongcuci's betting policy (such as match cancellation by the official organiser).
• Ongcuci reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet without providing a reason, particularly where there is suspicion of fraudulent activity or market manipulation.
• The odds displayed on the ongcuci platform apply to Sports Betting. For casino games, the Return to Player (RTP) rate for each game is as stated in the respective game information.
• In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, ongcuci's system records are final and shall prevail over all other evidence.
• Bets placed on badminton, football, cricket, Virtual Sports, or any other sport that is subsequently cancelled or postponed by the official organiser will be processed in accordance with the sport-specific betting rules set by ongcuci.
• Ongcuci uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) system independently verified by a third-party body for all casino games, including slots and poker, to ensure the fairness and randomness of every game outcome.

Ongcuci offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following terms and conditions, in addition to the specific terms stated for each individual promotion:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement which must be met before any winnings derived from bonus use can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated in its respective promotional terms.
• Bonuses may only be used by eligible, registered members. ongcuci reserves the right to withdraw any bonus awarded to a member who is subsequently found not to meet the eligibility requirements.
• Each member is only eligible to claim a welcome bonus once per promotion offered, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Ongcuci reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Using multiple accounts, different payment methods, or any other means to claim bonuses more than once is a serious breach of terms and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and the cancellation of all bonuses and winnings.

General Bonus Limit Schedule

To ensure a fair and safe experience for all ongcuci members, the following activities are strictly prohibited on the ongcuci platform:

• Use of bots, automation scripts, artificial intelligence software, or any technological tools designed to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting.
• Colluding with other players — particularly in poker — to gain an unfair advantage over other players.
• Manipulating or attempting to exploit any technical bugs, odds display errors, or system vulnerabilities within the ongcuci platform.
• Use of an ongcuci account for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Threats, harassment, or abusive behaviour directed at other members or ongcuci customer support staff.
• Sharing or selling your ongcuci account to another party.
• Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the integrity of ongcuci's platform security systems.

Ongcuci reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination and forfeiture of all funds in the account if fraud or misconduct is proven.

Ongcuci reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Violation of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
• Fraud or misrepresentation of information during registration or identity verification.
• Activity suspected to be related to money laundering or financial fraud.
• Holding multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Unauthorized chargebacks against deposits made to an ongcuci account.
• Account termination requested by the Member.

If your account is terminated for legitimate reasons (not due to fraud or breach of terms), any remaining balance in your account after all obligations have been deducted will be returned to you via your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Members who wish to close their own account may do so by contacting ongcuci customer support at support@ongcuci.best. Account closure requests will be processed within three (3) business days.

Ongcuci provides this platform on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ongcuci makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform or its services.

• Ongcuci is not liable for any financial losses incurred by a Member through use of the platform, including losses from betting or gaming activity.
• Ongcuci is not liable for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet connectivity issues, third-party server outages, or natural disasters.
• Ongcuci is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the ongcuci platform.
• Under no circumstances shall ongcuci's total liability to any Member exceed the net deposit amount made by that Member into their ongcuci account in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Protecting members' personal data is a priority for ongcuci. The collection, use, and storage of your personal information is handled in accordance with ongcuci Privacy Policy which forms part of this overarching agreement.

• Ongcuci collects personal information you provide during registration and platform use for the purposes of account management, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and service improvement.

• Ongcuci will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to third parties without your consent, except where required by law or the directive of a competent authority.
